Bright and Airy Home San Matteo

This renovation project catered to the desires of an old couple who were return clients. Before the remodel, the house retained its original early 1980s character. Upon entry, attention is drawn to the newly positioned spiraling staircase, now the focal point. Our team reconfigured the kitchen layout to include a walk-in pantry, ideal for concealing pots, pans, and cooking materials. Walls were opened to create a spacious, great room for daily living and entertainment. The house received upgrades, including new marble flooring, an impressive 18-foot iron-clad front door, designer crystal lighting, Anderson windows, cast stone fireplace mantels, and built-in mahogany cabinetry. Despite budget constraints, the result is a bright and airy home that has been modernized for clients’ enjoyment while retaining a touch of nostalgia from their grandparents’ era.
