Enhancing Space and Functionality

This young, growing family approached us seeking to maximize the potential of their seemingly spacious ranch-style home. Despite its recent updates, the house lacked the necessary space for their everyday activities. Our solution involved merging the formal living room and family room into a single expansive area, perfect for hosting large gatherings. Additionally, we crafted a separate side card room, affectionately referred to as the “man cave,” complete with rustic wood barn doors for intimate poker nights with friends. By removing the dividing wall between the two rooms, we facilitated seamless flow and flooded the space with natural light from multiple openings leading to the backyard. Carefully crafted custom cabinetry seamlessly blended with the existing wooden kitchen cabinets, preserving the home’s aesthetic harmony. We also enhanced functionality by expanding the primary bathroom, integrating an adjacent room to facilitate easier bathing of the children.
