San Andreas underwent a comprehensive renovation spearheaded by our development team. The initial ranch-style structure, plagued by significant deterioration, necessitated extensive modifications. By strategically reconfiguring the floor plan and expanding the living space by approximately 600 square feet, we effectively revitalized the property. The additions included the integration of a spacious entryway, a half bath, and a compact office at the front, while the rear portion saw the creation of a primary suite retreat featuring heightened ceilings, a dedicated laundry room, and an upgraded bathroom to augment an existing bedroom, transforming it into a secondary suite. Employing wood siding for the exterior and implementing a wood slotted fireplace, we meticulously adhered to mid-century modern architectural principles. The meticulously executed upgrades garnered significant interest from potential buyers, culminating in the property selling well above its initial listing price, thus establishing a new record valuation within the neighborhood.
